Winner of the renowned European Observeur du Design award, this is the superior folding commuter bicycle that folds and unfolds in three seconds to an easily carried size, approximately that of a small rolling suitcase, complete with a convenient padded handle and carrying case. The lightweight, aluminum-framed bike can be collapsed to be carried or rolled away to place it in a closet or car trunk, or to bring it on an elevator or train, eliminating the need to lock it up outdoors. It unfolds just as quickly, and provides the same comfortable riding position as a traditional bicycle despite being less than half the size.

Developed over a two-year period, the bike has a 3-speed internal gear hub that is controlled with a simple twist of the wrist, cabled front disc brakes, and a comfortable, height-adjustable padded seat. The self-lubricating dual chain allows riders to expend the same amount of energy pedaling the 12" wheels as they would with the traditional 24" wheels on a full-sized bicycle.
